Delta Asia recently held the Used Clothes Recycling campaign, which received enthusiastic support from colleagues in both Hong Kong and Macau, who generously donated clothing and supplies in support of The Salvation Army Hong Kong and Macau.
All collected clothing items have been delivered to The Salvation Army. After being sorted, disinfected, and categorized, they will be donated to individuals in need, such as the elderly living alone and the homeless. Some of the items will also be sold through The Salvation Army’s charity home goods stores, with proceeds used to support community care services.
This campaign not only promotes environmental sustainability but also spreads warmth to every corner of society. Each donation reflects colleagues’ heartfelt support for both environmental protection and charitable causes. We sincerely thank all colleagues for their participation.
