Rain and wind from a typhoon broke the windows of Mr. Chan’s home. The rain also damaged all of Mr. Chan’s furniture. According to section 12.2 of The Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the Securities and Futures Commission, an employee of a licensed or registered person must provide a Consent Letter from the employer before opening an account for securities and futures contracts trading.
The result of it is used to assess your ability of risk tolerance level. Certain types of derivative products such as Callable Bull/Bear Contracts “CBBCs”, Warrants may not be suitable for the ordinary investors.

– Capital gains from securities trading by non-US Persons are exempted from any US tax, but the dividend income is subject to a 30% withholding tax.
This is a self-certification provided by you as the account holder to Delta Asia for the purpose of automatic exchange of financial account information. The data of the financial account collected may be transmitted by us to the Inland Revenue Department and it then transfer the financial account information to the tax authority of another jurisdiction.
If you have both Hong Kong and overseas tax resident status, Delta Asia must report all the relevant financial account information (including total assets and income, etc.) to the Inland Revenue Department. If there is any change of the tax residency status of yourself, you should inform us within 30 days after the change.
