We have recently been alerted that counterfeit “Delta Asia Investment APP” platforms have recently found in mainland China, using highly deceptive content and giveaways to defraud customers of their funds. Delta Asia Financial Group (“the Group”) declare the following official clarification in response to these fraudulent activities:
Important Notice:
- The Group is highly concerned about this incident and would like to clarify that Delta Asia Financial Group only has the following official applications:
- BDA Mobile Banking (滙業手機銀行應用程式)
- DAS Invest (滙證通)
- The information, messages, and giveaways on the aforementioned counterfeit application platforms are neither organized nor distributed by our Group. Furthermore, the Group has never authorized any third-party institutions to distribute information through applications in mainland China.
- The Group, its affiliates, and subsidiaries have no association whatsoever with these fraudulent platforms.
- The Group shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from interactions with these fraudulent platforms.
Anti-Fraud Advisory:
- Stay alert: Do not engage with any platforms that misuse the Group’s name.

The Group condemns such illegal activities and has reported this case to the relevant regulatory authorities in Hong Kong.
