We have recently been alerted that individuals in Australia have contacted the customer service team of Delta Asia Securities Limited (Hong Kong) regarding alleged “prize-winning” notifications purportedly linked to Banco Delta Asia (Macau). We declare the following official clarification in response to these fraudulent activities:
- No Advance Payment Prize Campaigns
Banco Delta Asia (Macau), Delta Asia Securities Limited (Hong Kong), and all affiliated entities under the Delta Asia Financial Group (“Delta Asia Group”) have never organized or endorsed any prize campaigns, or promotions that require participants to make advance payments. Any such notifications are fraudulent and have no affiliation with Delta Asia Group.
- Reporting and Legal Action
We have formally reported these scams to the relevant authorities in Macau and will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in their investigations.
- Reservation of Legal Rights
We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any individuals or organizations that unauthorizedly use the name and/or trademarks of “Delta Asia Group” for false promotional purposes.
Anti-Fraud Advisory
- Delta Asia Group explicitly declares that it is not connected in any way to these scams or to any resulting financial losses.
- These schemes typically entice victims with false claims of prizes, followed by demands for advance payments labeled as “taxes,” “processing fees,” or other charges.
