Miss Lai Chong Au, CEO of Delta Asia Financial Group, led a group of colleagues to Peak Galleria to participate in the “Heart-to-Heart Charity Walk” fundraising event organized by the Hong Kong Children’s Heart Foundation (CHF) on October 13.
Delta Asia has supported the CHF for eight consecutive years. This year marks both the 30th anniversary of the Foundation’s establishment and the 25th year of the “Heart-to-Heart Charity Project.” The inaugural Heart-to-Heart Charity Walk took place at the Peak, and this year it returns with the theme “Marching with Children’s Heart.” The event aims to raise public awareness of congenital heart disease, promote a healthy lifestyle through exercise, and gather funds to support the Foundation’s various services, which is truly meaningful.
The weather was gorgeous, providing a perfect backdrop for the day. Colleagues set off from Harlech Road at the Peak, walking to Lugard Road while enjoying panoramic views of Hong Kong, the stunning scenery of Victoria Harbour and the beauty of nature. We are delighted to see the event successfully held, allowing colleagues to contribute to corporate social responsibility and raise awareness of cardiac health in our community.
