(Assistant) Dealing & Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer hotline services by addressing inquiries, executing orders, and resolving complaints in a professional manner
  • Manage the account opening processes for both individual and corporate clients
  • Conduct comprehensive KYC, CDD, and AML procedures, including periodic reviews and investigations of trigger events
  • Maintain customer data with a high level of accuracy
  • Handle client fund and stock In/Out
  • Perform other dealing duties as requested and assigned by supervisors
  • Rotate night shift duties and work on public holidays may required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in Dealing or Customer Services
  • Holder of SFC Licenses is preferred
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluent Putonghua

Credit & Risks (Macau)

Senior Manager

Responsibilities

  • Assess, review, and recommend credit proposals and loan reviews, securing approvals in accordance with the Group’s policies and respective lending authorities
  • Enhance the credit policies, procedures, and controls to optimize the Group’s risk exposure and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Assist the department head in tracking and assessing the quality of the loan portfolio effectively and strategically
  • Review and analyze credit risk management reports, recommending appropriate actions as needed
  • Manage loan portfolio proactively to reduce delinquency and bad debt by taking proactive remedial actions at an early stage
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the credit operations team, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality output
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines, AHKIB or equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage
  • 12+ years relevant experience in credit and risks management
  • Sound knowledge of banking operations, particularly in risk management and credit control
  • Good understanding of policies, procedures, practices and rules in banking industry
  • Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
  • A team player with good communication and management skills with positive working attitude

Team Head

Responsibilities

To lead and expand the family office and trust business, with a focus on ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. This role will drive cross-border wealth solutions, trust structuring, and family governance advisory, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and requirements set by respective regulatory bodies.

 

Business Development

  • Develop and execute the business strategy for family office and trust services
  • Identify and onboard new UHNW client relationships
  • Expand the Group’s market share in wealth structuring solutions

Client Solutions

  • Design and implement customized trust structures for asset protection and succession planning
  • Develop family governance frameworks for multi-generational wealth transfer
  • Collaborate with external family offices, trust companies, law firms, and tax advisors to deliver Trust & Family Office solutions and assist in executing due diligence
  • Serve as the primary advisor for top-tier clients in client advisory & retention

Team Leadership

  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team of trust specialists and advisors
  • Establish training programs to build internal capabilities
  • Foster collaboration across private banking, legal and compliance teams

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Business-related discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated success in the development and administration of family office/trust business
  • Proven track record in Greater China UHNW client acquisition is preferable
  • Deep expertise in the Greater China wealth management landscape is preferable
  • Strong network of UHNW relationships in the region
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management (e.g., regulators, family offices)
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Travel to Macau and China is required

Responsibilities

  • Provide application support to end users
  • Participate in the new systems development projects and define, develop and configure the user requirements
  • Perform system development activities, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, UAT support and system implementation

  • Liaise with vendors in the course of the acquisition and testing of new systems

Manager, FX & Commodities Sales

Responsibilities

  • Manage the FX & Commodities business at the bank in Macau, ensuring that growth and operations align with the Bank’s overall objectives while maximizing synergies with the Hong Kong office
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow FX & Commodities business revenue in Macau and Hong Kong and ensuring the operation comply with local regulations
  • Expanding the client base while deepening the relationship with existing customers
  • Act as a key point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring high service standards and responsiveness
  • Provide market insights, trade ideas and risk management solutions to clients
  • Work effectively with the Macau & Hong Kong teams, facilitating cross-border initiatives and improving client services

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 10+ years of experience in the FX & Commodities (Bullion, Platinum etc.) business or related roles
  • Qualifications in HKSI Licensing Exams or related certifications
  • Strong understanding of FX & Commodities markets, products, and regulations, with a preference for familiarity with the Macau market
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to effectively present insights and recommendations derived from financial data and reports for senior management review
  • Resourceful with a strong market /stakeholder network in Macau
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Frequent travel to Macau is required
