Delta Asia Financial Group (the Group) has recently become aware that certain fraudulent mobile application platform(s) appearing in Mainland China are using the name of Delta Asia, Delta Asia Securities, and/or similar branding, together with misleading content, purported promotions, or other deceptive representations, in an apparent attempt to induce members of the public to transfer funds, disclose personal information, or engage in investment-related activities.

The Group condemns all such suspected illegal and fraudulent conduct and has reported, or is in the process of reporting, the matter to the relevant regulatory and/or law enforcement authorities in Hong Kong.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Group accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from any dealings with the suspected fraudulent platform(s) or related persons.
