Banco Delta Asia, Delta Asia Insurance and the Property Management Business Association Macao successfully co-hosted the “Property Management and Insurance Seminar” at the Delta Asia Premier Club.
Miss Lai-Chong Au, CEO of Delta Asia Financial Group, shared that property management and insurance services are inseparable. Whether it is third-party liability insurance, public liability insurance, or overall risk management, the synergy between the two can provide comprehensive protection and enhance property value. As this year marks the 90th anniversary of Delta Asia and the 40th anniversary of the Property Management Business Association Macao, Miss Au looked forward to deepening the collaboration in the future, injecting new momentum into the industry’s development through cross-sector cooperation and building a sustainable ecosystem for property management.
Ms. Chao Kuan I, Vice President of the Property Management Business Association Macao, described the collaboration as highly significant for the industry. She emphasized that this event provided a valuable learning platform for practitioners and further enhancing industry standardization and professionalism.
The event featured Miss Iau Ka Man, Cecília, Trainee Lawyer of WICH Law Firm, who provided an in-depth analysis of legal knowledge related to property management and discussed risk prevention and control points in practice through case studies. In addition, Mr. Ronald Lam, Head of Sales & Distribution of Banco Delta Asia, introduced relevant financial service solutions during a dedicated session and proposed innovative concepts such as the “Three Pillars of Property Management Protection.”
Practical aspects of property insurance were also shared at the event, offering valuable information for the industry. During the interactive session, Mr. Ho Chon Hou, Alfredo, Senior Partner/ Lawyer at WICH Law Firm, leveraged his extensive experience in property management legal practice to provide constructive risk prevention suggestions and answer questions from participants.
The event was very fruitful with a lively and engaging atmosphere. Banco Delta Asia and the Property Management Business Association Macao expressed that the professionalization of property management is imperative, and they will continue to host similar events to jointly promote the high-quality development of Macau’s society and economy.
