Miss Lai-chong Au, CEO of Delta Asia Financial Group, was invited on 26 Feb to be a guest speaker for the “Lingnan University Career Support Scheme for Postgraduate Students.” She delivered a speech to postgraduate students from various professional fields, sharing insights on the development trends in the financial industry and facilitating students’ career development.
Ms. Au shared insights of the industry, particularly on issues related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), as well as the key success factors required in the era of AI.
In addition, Ms. Au discussed about the digital transformation of the financial industry and how it impacts business models and client demands. She advised postgraduate students on how to equip themselves to enhance their competitiveness in the job market.
