Mr. Stanley Au Chong-kit

Group Chairman

Being a financial veteran for over half a century, Mr. Stanley Au is the Chairman of Delta Asia Financial Group, and the Founder and Chairman of The Small and Medium Enterprises Association of Macao and Delta Asia SME Training Institute. In 1982, Mr. Au established Delta Asia Financial Group by merging the family-owned business, Banco Delta Asia in Macao with his own Group, Delta Asia Securities Limited in Hong Kong. Such move lays a solid foundation of the Group in the two cities. Mr. Au is passionate in cultivating a caring society and eager to contribute to social and economic development. He has held various public positions, including Chairman of the International Small Business Congress (“ISBC”), Member of The National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of the Chinese Central Government and Director of Hospital Kiang Wu Charity Association in Macao. Mr. Au has been recognized by “Financial Times” in London and “Das Kapita” in Germany as one of Hong Kong’s most successful financiers.

Prof. Edward Chen Kwan-yiu

Non-executive Director

Prof. Chen graduated from the University of Hong Kong and the University of Oxford is the former President of Lingnan University in Hong Kong.  He was also Professor and Director at the Centre of Asian Studies of the University of Hong Kong, Chairman of the Consumer Council, an appointed Member of the Executive Council and the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education.  Prof. Chen is now an Honorary Professor of the HKU Business School, an independent Non-executive Director of Wharf Holdings and the First Pacific Company.  In addition, he is a Director of the Hong Kong Institute for Monetary Research, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute for Humanities and Social Sciences, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance and an Honorary Professor of the Metropolitan University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Edward Leung Hoi-kwok

Non-executive Director

Mr. Leung was the former Chief Economist of Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and he had also been the Senior Economist of Export, Finance & Insurance Corporation in Australia. Mr. Leung graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Economics and was awarded the B. S. Sc. Degree with First Class Honour and then M. Phil. Degree. He was also admitted as a Barrister-at-Law in England, Hong Kong and Australia. He is currently a member of the Transport Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong SAR Government.

Ms. Catherine Wong Kwok-yan

Non-executive Director

Ms. Wong has a solid background in corporate branding and positioning. She was previously the Hong Kong office head of a global US consultancy, advising a number of leading financial institutions on how to better manage corporate reputations for tangible results, and to enhance internal communication for corporate culture building. She is an Accredited Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation and owned her HR consulting practice.

Mr. Francis Tsui King-chung

Non-executive Director

Dr. TSUI has extensive experiences in financial advisory services, family office and wealth management, as well as direct investment and business development consultancy. He holds multiple higher degrees from the Hong Kong University, University of Hawaii, Luther Seminary and Fuller Theological Seminary in modern Chinese history, business administration as well as leadership studies. In year 2000, Mr. Tsui has returned to Hong Kong and founded DMC Investment Co. Ltd., a private investment company in Hong Kong. Since he stepped down as President and Director of DMC in 2019, he has been retained as company advisor. His also has wide experiences as INED with listed companies listed on the American Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Exchange for two decades. Mr. Tsui is also one of the Founding Members of the Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executive Association. Currently, he serves as the Director to Ibex International Associates, a venture fund based in Toronto, Canada, and as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences at Hong Kong University.

Ms. Peggy Chan

Non-executive Director

Ms. Peggy Chan is the Founder and Chairperson of the Excel Technology Group, which specializes in providing financial technology software and services for many prestigious financial institutions. Today, Excel Technology has over 500 consultants and software engineers with offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Taipei, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur and supports clients from over 30 countries.  Ms. Chan was educated in the US and started her career as a senior manager in Ernst & Young in Washington D.C. prior to returning to Hong Kong.  Ms. Chan is also the founder of several internet and ed-tech ventures. She was awarded the Young Entrepreneur Business Award in 1990 as a tribute to her contribution in the IT business.

Miss Lai-Chong Au

Group Chief Executive Officer

Lai-Chong Au is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Delta Asia Financial Group and serves on its board of directors.

Lai-Chong has rejoined Delta Asia Financial Group, her family’s business, since 2016.   As the Group CEO, Lai-Chong is responsible  for  leading  the  development and  execution  of  the  Group’s  long  term  strategy as well as all day-to-day management decisions.  She also acts as a direct liaison between the Board, other senior management as well as employees, all stakeholders of the company.  Before becoming the Group CEO, Lai-Chong oversees the wealth management & securities brokerage business in Hong Kong.

Prior to Delta Asia, Lai-Chong was the Senior Marketing and Client Services Manager of Hamon Investment Group, an asset management firm.  She developed the asset management business of Hamon as well as responsible for expanding the asset size and client base of the firm.  Over the years, Lai-Chong helped to broadening the firm’s institutional relationships globally.  Lai-Chong began her career as Commercial banking officer with Delta Asia Credit Limited in 1998 and later responsible to develop the wealth management business of the group. Lai-Chong has over 20 years of experience in financial industry.

Lai-Chong is passionate about social responsibility investment and social entrepreneurship. Lai-Chong currently is a member of Golden Age Foundation and is a regular columnist at AM730.

Lai-Chong was graduated from King’s College London, UK in BSc Clinical Sciences.
